The Xutos & Pontapés took the prize for best Portuguese group assigned by MTV Portugal and are a candidate for the European award "Best European Act", the winner will be announced on November 5 in Berlin.
Portuguese rock band who celebrate thirty-year career, took the prize for MTV Portugal, Buraka Som Sistema beating, winners in 2008, David Fonseca, os Pontos Negros and X-Wife, who was also a candidate.
